We know that ads from Google Admob is simply made for App only while compare with ads from Google AdSense it works with Sites and these site are personal site, blog, Twitter, Instagram and lastly YouTube.
WHICH IS EASIER
When it comes to admob they're things you have to consider, Admob is more harder than AdSense. I know you may likely asked how. Okay, lemme share the secret with you. It is true that Admob get approval easily than AdSense. Both Admob and AdSense to a starter should be viewed as a long term investment, it should not be seen as something you can start today and finish tomorrow but picture it on your mind that you're planting an mango tree and would one day bear fruit which you would eat someday. Although none is easy both nevertheless AdSense is simpler, in Admob you need to you have to find a developer or you can develop an app yourself using coding (if you really want to cash out, you may have to code a standard App (esp game, news, etc) that would require people to put on their data to let your ads pops out and become active. Secondly, you need a console account to place your app on PlayStore, which would require your income. Thirdly, you need downloaders, people to download your app and eventually do the "word stated" above. But when it comes to AdSense (esp on YouTube) All you need to do is first consider what you would love your channel to be for, by this I mean would it be for Entertainment, Free training, Advertisement, Sport etc, Secondly, the content on your video by this I mean (name that would make your video attractive to watch, which won't go against the rules and regulations of YouTube). Thirdly the description that would summarize the video. Forthly, how to create your YouTube account is doesn't cost you a dime.
In Admob you face ad limit a lot compare with AdSense esp on YouTube channel, although in AdSense you have also things to consider: things likes (subscribers @1000 and watch hours @4000). compare with admob where you don't need 1000 subscribers or watch hour although you should be expecting ad Limit. Admob is more strict compares to AdSense.
Nevertheless none is easier because they both requires patients.
